Important Information
- Transfers are provided only from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai city, including Deira, Bur Dubai, Burjuman.
- Transfer timings may be adjusted by 30 to 60 minutes depending on traffic conditions and your pickup location.
- Avoid photographing people without their permission, especially in more conservative areas.

- Purchase a ticket to the Burj Khalifa observation deck — visited as part of the tour at 19:00–19:30, to the 124th and 125th, 148th or 152nd floor.
- If you book a ticket to the Burj Khalifa observation deck, the return transfer is not provided.
- Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Booking Policy
Cancellation Policy:
- For all cancellations made 24 hours prior to the tour departure time NO charges will be applicable.
- If cancellation made within 24 hours of your tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
- If eligible for a refund your amount will be returned back to you within 7 working days.
Child Policy:
- Individuals under 3 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
- Individuals above age 3 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.
